While we’d love for you to treasure our jewelry, art and accessories, we know it’s sometimes difficult to fall in love with a piece without first touching it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, take a look at our Return Policy conditions.

SHIPPING
We ship within 7-10 business days of receiving the order, if your payment method is credit card, PayPal or money order. Orders paid for by check will only be sent after the check clears, which could take 10-14 days.

A note about repairs:
If you accidentally damage or break your piece of jewelry, we can repair it for a small fee. Just return the piece with all its beads and components. Fee depends on the piece and the damage done. Contact us to make arrangements.

• Item must be in its original, undamaged condition with a copy of the original receipt
• Before returning an item, please send an email to Customer Service
• Item must arrive safely to Lisa&Stephanie.com, so please package it securely and insure via a trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL
• Lisa&Stephanie.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, uninsured and/or damaged items.
• Unless all return policy conditions are met, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
